  Learn specific ways to implement activity-based learning and authentic assessment using a proven curriculum development architecture. Experience hands-on exercises that help you recognize first hand some of the frustrations of traditional lectures and evaluations. (half day workshop)
• Developing Your Own Authentic Learning Task (ALT®)
  Using our Self-Guided ALT Development Kit, learn to create your own classroom or lab activity that is competency-based, teamwork-based, contextual and includes assessment. Begin developing an activity you can incorporate into your teaching. (one day workshop)
