The potential customer base for the robotic grippers includes any user of robots for discrete parts handling. The company currently ships to all parts of the U. S. and to several foreign countries. While manufacturers of mechanical or electro-mechanical products are its primary customer base, specialized users such as research laboratories, pharmaceutical producers, testing laboratories, food processors, packaging operations, and others are active customer groups.

The customers for its contract production business at this time come from a fairly focused area within a 300 mile radius of the plant.
